Cancellations, Returns and Corrections

Cancellations
  • There will be no penalty for canceling an order prior to paying the required 50% deposit.  
  • There will be no refund of deposit monies for cancelled orders after payment of the required 50% deposit - this is due to the unique and hand-crafted nature of our products. Exceptions will be made for return of damaged goods as indicated below.

Returns
  • Returns are accepted for damaged goods - funds will be returned on damaged goods once we have received the damaged item returned from you.
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt by the customer. 

Corrections
  • We will email a photo of your finished specialty product for your review prior to shipping. As a result, we do not accept returns due to corrections - the onus is on you to review your order in detail when a photo of the finished product is emailed to you. 
  • You may request additional detailed photos of your order for review. 


    Consistent with our shipping policy, the buyer must bear all shipping costs related to returns or corrections.
